Extended Abstracts
We ask all speakers to submit extended abstracts (for presented papers as well as “reserve papers”).
The language of the Conference is English and there will be no simultaneous translation.
No later than 30 June!
We also accept “Commentary Notes” by speakers and participants to be used and referred to during our discussion sessions.
Instructions
Build up your paper using:
– Times New Roman, 12, single spacing
– add pictures as fitting the pages best (i.e. 1 or 2 columns)
– color illustrations are fine
– add relevant references
– No pagination (this is for us to do for the whole volume)
– doc or docx files (so that we are able to work with the files)
Please keep to a maximum of 2 full pages including figures and illustrations
This volume will be our working tool during the conference. It will also be our message to colleagues and media.
The volume (including all abstracts and comments) will be posted on ResearchGate
at least 2 weeks before the conference
Send your paper to Pamela Matlack-Klein
[email protected]
Poster sessions are welcome. Please submit your abstract and note that it will be a poster, not a talk. There will be 1-2 poster sections (depending on the number of applications), where the authors are invited to make oral discussions of their poster to those interested. This is a fairly free-form type of presentation, giving the presenter an opportunity to interact directly with other researchers.
Posters should be 91cm x 122cm (36" x 48") on a single sheet and in color.
